The load capacity is the maximum weight that each caster can support individually. The heavier the load, the larger the wheel required for the caster. The weight of the load also influences the mobility of the wheel. Hence, in order to select the suitable caster, please measure the required load capacity.
Load Capacity = Weight of Product or Estimated Load ÷ Required number of Casters
Measured from the floor to the actual mounting point is the required overall height.
Floor Conditions affect the performance of mobility of caster and wheel. For example, rugged floor is suitable for elastic rubber wheels; the PU wheel has the better performance on the floor with oil or chemical. This caster has a top plate attachment with a swivel, brake or rigid wheel assembly. Plate mount casters are generally used for higher weight loads.
This caster has a stem attachment with a swivel wheel assembly that will allow rotation of 360 degrees, which permits movement in any direction. Stem mount casters are generally used for lower weight loads.

2.5-4 inch Phenolic Caster
Most of the traditional wheel core has reinforcement bars on both sides or is the non-reinforcing bars types, with which the stress will lie in the cross-section between the outer and inner rims or in the reinforcement bars. The new wheel core adopts the turbine encircling design. The outer and inner rims are connected with six equal beveled sections, which are then perpendicularly connected to the surfaces of both rims. After repeated connections, a turbine core is formed. The external force will be evenly distributed in the six beveled sections. It will not only enhance the strength of core and structure but improve the impact strength. Besides, Turbine design forms a specific wind-collection nest which will produce power when moving and it offers the better rollability

8 inch elastic rubber caster (A82 Series)
Stainless Caster is designed to handle the harsh environment and it provides the higher corrosion resistance. Casters made of #304stainless steel are ideal for applications requiring frequent washing or long-term exposure to corrosive elements. 4-8 inch, PU and Elastic Rubber Casters
Recommended for the product required high rolling ease and for medium duty to heavy duty loads, it is also no maintenance lubrication required.
Roller bearing is capable of carrying a greater load than the same size diameter ball bearing. Combination seal washers protect the bearing from dirt, water, and chemicals.
(Note: Roller bearing must be used with steel outer shell for protection and add the rolling ability)
Plain and Sleeve bearings provide a metal sleeve inserted in a wheel to rest directly on the axle. Only recommended for when rolling ease is less critical
